What is Green OX Pallet Technology?

What are the load tolerances of Green Ox pallets?
The load tolerance of Green Ox pallets is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors such as load weight and distribution, load configuration, type of shipment, unitization and pallet usage.
Green Ox offers different pallet configurations designed for dynamic loads from 300 kg up to 1,200 kg, depending on the model and application. Dynamic load should not be confused with static load or rack capacity.
Can Green Ox pallets be used in racking systems?
Yes. Green Ox pallets can be used in approved beam racking systems or fully enclosed racking systems that comply with OSHA requirements.
Green Ox pallet configurations can be used in suitable cross-beam or fully enclosed racking systems, subject to pallet model, load distribution, support conditions and application validation.
What are Green Ox pallets made of?
Our pallets use FSC-certified corrugated board together with adhesives selected for the required pallet configuration. Green Ox pallets are 100% recyclable using these materials.
Designed primarily from corrugated board and suitable for recovery through paper and board recycling streams where appropriate collection and recycling infrastructure is available.
Recyclability should be assessed according to the final configuration, coatings, adhesives and local recycling requirements.
Where are Green OX pallets produced?
Green Ox pallets can be produced anywhere corrugated cardboard is available.
Can Green Ox pallets withstand humid, frozen and cold environments?
Yes. Green Ox pallets are available with an optional water-resistant coating that does not affect their recyclability.
Do Green Ox pallets require sterilization for food, pharmaceutical or sterile environments?
No. Unlike wooden pallets, which can harbor insects, bacteria and animal waste, corrugated pallets do not contain the nails, splinters or raw wood components commonly associated with wood pallets and provide a safe option for transporting food and other products that may be susceptible to contamination.
Corrugated board is a processed paper-based material and is not subject to the treatment and marking requirements that ISPM 15 applies to raw wood packaging. Other customs, phytosanitary or regulatory requirements may still apply depending on the shipment.
Suitability for food, pharmaceutical or controlled environments must be evaluated according to the specific hygiene, regulatory and application requirements.
Can I receive Green Ox pallets fully assembled?
Yes. We can deliver Green Ox pallets fully assembled and ready to load directly at your facility.
