Green OX is a concern consisting of two key entities: Green Ox Pallet Technology, LLC and Green OX Europe. Green Ox Pallet Technology, LLC, headquartered in Oklahoma, USA, and Green OX Europe, based in Eerbeek, The Netherlands.

Green Ox Pallet Technology, LLC and Green OX Europe operate as joint controllers, as defined in Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, for the purposes of this privacy statement, Green OX Europe acts as the representative of Green OX Pallet Technology, LLC within the European Union (EU).

Green OX Europe B.V., with (registered) offices in (6961 EK) Eerbeek at Loubergweg 10, is responsible for determining how, and for which purposes your personal data are used. Therefore, Green OX Europe serves as the primary point of contact for data protection matters within the EU.
