Racking Test
Pallet placed on racking. This test evaluates the load capacity of the GOX pallet when placed on open racking systems. The pallet is positioned on a platform with an evenly distributed load, and its maximum load capacity is then determined.
Handling test
Use of handling equipment with the pallet. This test evaluates the performance of the GOX pallet when handled with different types of equipment, including forklifts, hand pallet trucks and automated lifting systems. The pallet is tested during entry by assessing edge deflection and centering of the load across different handling systems.
Stacking Test
Double pallet stacking. This test evaluates the load capacity of GOX pallets when stacked under static loading conditions. Also known as double pallet stacking, the test measures the performance of each pallet when two loaded GOX pallets are placed one on top of the other.
Deflection Test
Pallet placed on conveyor systems. This test evaluates the performance of the GOX pallet when used on different conveyor systems, such as belt, roller or chain conveyors. The GOX pallet is tested under its full load capacity to assess its behavior and stability during transportation.
Impact Test
Pallet support damage. This test evaluates the durability of the GOX pallet after one of its supports is damaged by impact. The assessment determines whether the GOX pallet can continue supporting the load despite the damage.
